Cancellation Policy

• Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation before dispatch may be considered only in special cases.
• Contact support@rhynor.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Refund Policy (Medicines & Supplements)

• No refunds once the order is confirmed or shipped.
• Returns accepted only for wrong or damaged products with complete unboxing video proof shared within 24 hours.
• Opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return or replacement.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment mode.

Service-Based Refunds

• For online doctor consultations or courses, cancellation allowed only before session start.
• No refunds once service or course access begins.
• If cancelled by provider, reschedule or refund will be offered.
