Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using health.rhynor.com. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

Platform: Rhynor LLP services at https://health.rhynor.com . User: customers, patients, learners. Vendor/Partner: doctors, labs, wellness centers, product sellers and training providers.

2. Nature of Service

Rhynor LLP is a technology facilitator (SaaS) that connects users with third-party vendors for healthcare services, wellness bookings, lab tests, medicines and online courses. Rhynor does not itself provide medical diagnosis or manufacture products.

3. Account & Registration

1. Users, vendors and partners must register and provide accurate information.
2. Vendors must upload valid licenses (medical registration, FSSAI, GST, NABL etc.) during onboarding.
3. By registering you accept our digital agreements (clickwrap) and policies.

4. Orders, Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Rhynor will collect payments and remit vendor's share after deducting commission and applicable taxes as per platform rules.

5. Vendor Obligations

• Provide accurate product/service information and comply with applicable laws (AYUSH, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, FSSAI, Telemedicine Guidelines).
• Fulfill orders, manage refund requests, and maintain customer support.

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

1. Do not use platform to buy/sell prohibited or prescription-only drugs without valid prescription.
2. Do not upload copyrighted content without permission.
3. Respect privacy and do not misuse other users' data.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Different services (consultation, lab booking, therapy, products, courses) have specific rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, trademarks and software are owned by Rhynor LLP. Vendors grant a limited license to display their content on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rhynor LLP is not liable for medical outcomes, product efficacy, or third-party service failures. Our liability is limited to correction of transactional errors or refund where applicable.

10. Termination & Suspension

Rhynor may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violation, fraud, or non-compliance. Vendors may be delisted for license expiry or malpractice.

11. Dispute Resolution

Try to resolve disputes via support (support@rhynor.com). Unresolved disputes will be subject to arbitration under Indian law; jurisdiction: Kolhapur, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Significant changes will be notified by email or platform notices.
